If you have regular cycles then do us on day 12 for follicle if size is 18- 20 mm have sex for three or four days provided semen is ok nd see whether pregnant or not

if both partner are healthy and with average age group then you should have to wait for 1 year with regular intercourse
take folic acid once daily
