Talk to Gynecologist on Issue Regarding Concieving

Assalam o aliakum respected drs, I have been married since Jan. I conceived in may but had miscarriage in July due to blighted ovum. After miscarriage the first cycle was of 36 days long and 2 cycles were normal one was of 31 days and the other was of 28 days long and all three cycles were painless. before pregnancy I used to have mild to moderate cramps and sometimes I had to take simple painkiller as well. Now the 4th cycle of November month is again of 33 days and I also had cramps for which I take simple ponstan. I m too depressed as after trying for four months I m still unable to concieve again. Kindly guide me what tests are required and how can I increase chances of concieving. I have always recieved the most needed help from this group
