Talk to Gynecologist on Issues In Breast Feeding

My daughter was born on 23 December 2022 she is currently 4.5 months old Iam exclusively breast feeding her the problem is she doesn't sleep well she wakes up in half n hour she plays some times and sometime not I think she is. Hungry like I have to feed her round the clock still she doesn't seem satisfy I'm tired n my back hurts continuously feeding her is quite hard what should I do to make her feel full I tried giving her feeder in her 1 month but she rejected she is totally on my feed as she is growing her milk demand is increasing what should I do ?
