Talk to Gynecologist on Itching, Infection And White Discharge During Intercourse In Pregnancy

AoA I’m hypothyroid patient and taking 125mg thyronorm under endocrinologist treatment daily. now my 5th month stared of 1st pregnancy. We do intercourse once a week, white discharge release from start of my pregnancy. But now itching and discharge increased significantly. Today visited gynaecologist who prescribed CLOTRIMAZOLE broad spectrum antimycotic and ERYTHROCIN 250mg. Is it safe in pregnancy? Will it doesn’t harm to child? and is this discharge harmful to my husband and may cause puss cells increase? Please guide Thanks
