Talk to Gynecologist on IUD

i had Iud 17 days today is my periods due... but i didn't get my periods instead of it i feel discharge which is not normally i had... secondly some times i feel mild pricks inside my vagina .. and sometimes i feel wire something in outside if vagina... My question is it seems like normal?? or should i go to the hospital?? is my copper t seems like misplaced?? im so much worried about pregnancy
