Talk to Gynecologist on IVF C Injection And Spotting

I am married for 10 months.I took letrozole in april and ended up having 3.5 cm ovarian cyst due to hyperstimulation of that i got polymenorrhea the sane month after 17 gave me dine 35 for 21 days and after leaving that i got periods on 21st june. I got my follicular scan done on 12th day and there was 16mm follicle size(i am taking glucophage and pregnacare only) On 12th day i started having spotting again(endometrial lining shedding type threaded small cloths in urine only and no proper bleeding) on 13th day night i got IVF C injection .i still have minor thread type clots in urine duphastan after IVF C injection any doctor pls guide me? Can i concieve with all of this and why i have started to have polymenorrhea or mid cycl spotting with it?
