no filling defect in the endometrial cavity:smooth contour
Left side shows free spill no normal looking fallopian tube
Right side is a little ambiguous:either it's a free spill which is over lapping a normal fallopian tube or it's hydrosalpinx
Repeat HSG is advised for a clearer view and conclusion

I am on Marham...you can take appointment frm there...anyways reconstruction is possible but whether it ll restore fertility is debatable...repeating HSG ll clear the scenario more in sha Allah

Ur both tubes are patent so as long as ur tubes are open u can avail many options no need to go for laproscopy or any re construction procedure don’t waste ur money
Reconstruction is not advisable even if one tube is patent u can concieve with it first try other options
