Talk to Gynecologist on Labia Minora Hypertrophy

last year I had bartholin cyst on left lobe of my vagina I took it lightly but after some time it swelled and started hurting then with some research I started taking sitz bath for sometime it punctured but whenever me and my husband had intercourse it appeared again. after August last year that cyst converted into a lobe and made my labia asymmetrical now it looks like left lobe of my vagina has been stretched and it is Longer than the other. l have attached a picture of how it looks like. I need a solution to this problem else than labiaplasty. I need some medicine or ointment that can help me to get back original shape of my vagina. I consulted to a doctor as well but I haven't got any positive response they say it happens just use lubricant. I keep my vagina clean I take care of my vaginal hygiene I use intimate wash from safrin and I also change my underwear regularly I clean and dry them properly.
