Talk to Gynecologist on Labia Minora Pain

Doctor from last 5 days I feel pain in my right side labia minora. I check it by my self and see some sharp and rough ridges on my labia minora, it also become very hard and bigger in size as compare to my left labia minora. I also see some round skin tag like thing on my right side of labia minora and it cause so much itching. Pleaee guide me.
