Talk to Gynecologist on Labor Pains

Its my first pregnancy and 37 week is going to end. Kal mee dr paar gy thy she did my vaginal check up and said na e uterus ka moo abhy open huwa hai or na cervix choti hona shru huye hai. I want to confirm ke kia cervix labor ke qareeb choti hu jati hai and secondly mee tu itni active rhti hoon walk and did everything uske bawajod mjhe labor pain waly koi symptoms ni hai. What should i did for labour pains because me c sec ki trf ni jana chahti and one more thing my baby is in cephalic position and amonitic fluid, ctg and all other parameters are normal. Kindly guide me
