Talk to Gynecologist on Laboratory Test

A gynocologist gave me some lab tests ( as I'm experiencing irregular periods). they are FSH, LH, T³ and T⁴,TSH, Prolactin. She told me to do these tests on 3rd day of the menstrual cycle.
is it ok to test them when so tired late night ???? (as we had a long trip, and she told me it is necessary to do on 3rd day)
