Talk to Gynecologist on Lactation And Birth Control

Aoa. Are there any Progestin-Only pill available in Pakistan? I was using combined pills but they interfered with nursing. My milk supply almost dried up. So I want to get it back but also keep birth control of some sort. So I wanted to ask if there are such pills available? My doctor prescribed me depo provera injection but it wasn't available. Will Famila injection be safe in this case? I need to use the pill preferably.
