Talk to Gynecologist on Late Period But Negative Test

Assalam o Alaikum!
My periods are 7 days late and cycle is 43 days have done the beta hcg and urine both are negative. I have a 13 months old baby and if I pick him up my abdomen and back hurts like periods cramp and I'm about to have periods. And I have pain in my legs. Can anyone please tell me what's going on? Thank you!
