Talk to Gynecologist on Late Periods

hello I've been having having regular periods for most of my menstrual years. recently they are 33 days in without periods According to my flo app. my cycle is never this late. I've been feeling cramps fatigue wet sensation down there and white liquid along with the feeling of something coming out but there's nothing everytime. is it normal. should I wait. are they coming. or is it too late. please I will appreciate it if I can get a quick response
