Talk to Gynecologist on Late Periods

I've lived in saudi all my life and came to Pakistan on December 3rd to attend university. the month of December was very hectic as I had to travel from Islamabad to gujrat every other day. I've also gotten food poisoning and sick in between . but since then till today I haven't gotten my periods which is very odd since my periods aren't irregular.but i do get the period cramps often.and they were supposed to come by December 23-26 but still didn't. is there something wrong with me ? should I get it checked? or it's just the sudden change in my lifestyle?
