Talk to Gynecologist on Left Ovary Bulky 12ml + Hypothyroid Symptoms

Assalam-o-Alaikum Doctor,
Meri age 18 hai. Meri ultrasound me left ovary bulky 12ml aaya hai, right ovary normal hai.
Last month doctor ne Primolut-N di thi jis se periods ek dafa aaye, ab 1 month se phir nahi aaye.
Mujhe hypothyroid ke saare symptoms hai thakan rahte hai ,weight bharr raha hai and hair fall plus 3 months above periods delay...Aur kya ye bulky ovary PCOS ki wajah se hai? And please prescribe medicine....
