Talk to Gynecologist on Legs Pain In Pregnancy

I'm currently 15 week pregnant, from last 1 week i have really bad pain in both legs , i want to know which pain killer is safe in pregnancy?

right now i am taking Panadol extra ... is it safe in pregnancy?

also whats the reason of legs pain? i never had before , but now its a week , an really not able yo do my daily chores due to this pain . please help!!

drink sufficient water
take one glass of milk twice or thrice a day
and increase milk products in your diet.
eat healthy food add protein to your diet.
do vit.D3 level.
do not take panadol extra
simple panadol is enough
