Talk to Gynecologist on Light Yellowish Vaginal Discharge

Today, I'm 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant. My test was 65.9 at the time of 4 weeks and 3 days (and light bleeding without abdominal pain). Then I used one folic acid and one dirogest 10 mg (1+1) for one week. Now, light bleeding is stopped but watery and light yelllowish vaginal discharge still exists (non smelly and non allergic). What is this?
