Talk to Gynecologist on Lipoma In Left Breast And 6 Months Pregnancy

My cousin is 6 months pregnant and she has lipoma in left breast which became visible in pregnancy . Earlier her nerve in left breast was displaced and a lump was formed and she followed home remedies like massage and steam in home/village. There was no pain and only a nodule/lump which went away according to her. Now since her pregnancy there is massive increase in her breast size of one side. Attaching the picture. We have consulted a surgeon and he says after delivery/c section Operation of lipoma is not possible for 2 years. But another doctor told you can come for operation right after 1-2 of baby’s birth. Kindly guide should we go for surgery now or should we wait till The baby is born are there any chances of malignancy ?
