Talk to Gynecologist on Little Bit Pain In Breast Area And Armpits

Im 20 years old and unmarried.. From past few months im noticing some pain around my br**st and armpits... I felt a tiny bit of lump around I've also seen some discharge from n***le (white).. in the beginning i took some homeopathic treatment's course by prescription of doctor (homeo) but she said i have to do a a course for 7 8 months at least for treating this ... Initially i felt better but somehow after 4 months i had a break from treatment due to other health issues like fever etc.. Thing which is disturbing me now that again i saw discharge (white)and im having pain more than this time i wanna concern an allopathic doctor and I'm confused and worried as well because yk Im unmarried girl and the question is i ask to myself that why this is happening to me ? i need advise that is it any serious issue or im just thinking negative?
