Dear concerned Dr. I have pain in my lower spine at my first pregnancy thats made it difficult for me to walk, and getting up. My gynecologist said that it is normal in pregnancy and would be disappear after delivery. she suggested me some over the counter medications. But the pain still remained. After my second delivery the pain spread on my both sides of legs. Now it's get worse from 2 weeks . I can't sleep at night because it hurts more than before in my back ribs. Dr suggested me an MRI scan. The findings of the report are said that there is a loss of lumbar lordosis which make my spine straight. Plz suggest me what should I do now
Please consult orthopaedics Dr
you need physiotherapy which will make your back muscles strong and support the lumber spine .
