Talk to Gynecologist on Low Blood In Menses

hi doctor, my periods come exactly after 29 days but bleeding is very less like 1 to 1.5 days with that i have gastric problem specially menstruation days and have put on fat only on lower belly and hips. got my all tests done everuthing was normal except 1.8 level testrostone this problem started 8 years ago at that time it was 2 days with lot of pain and gastric problem now its gone to 1 day only
