Talk to Gynecologist on Low Breast Milk Supply

Breastfeeding Issue:
I have toddler whom I breast fed till 1.5yrs. Never faced low milk supply issue. In fact I used to have surplus, used to wet mt clothes, bedsheets, cloths of baby etc.
I have a month old baby now but I have low milk supply. Baby never gets satisfied with mother feed. He drinks almost 2 ounce top feed after I feed him for almost 20 to 30 mins. When I pump after breast feeding I get almost 1.5 ounce of milk in 7 to 10 mins session.
Baby was born in 35th week. Initially he couldn't latch. Now he latches properly but cries due to slow milk flow.
I have two questions: 1. Why my baby never empties my milk? 2. How do I increase breast milk now?

Aoa baby is weak thats why he could not suck properly. As now he learned. U can feed him frequently. You can give her your expressed milk instead of top feed. It is better for her and good for u also. Thanks
As he was born preterm, he is learning to suck milk properly
You can frequently put the baby to breast and use breast pump
