There are several things your wife can do to improve her haemoglobin levels, including:

1. Consuming iron-rich foods such as red meat, green leafy vegetables, beans, and fortified cereals.

2. Taking iron supplements as prescribed by her doctor.

3. Eating foods rich in vitamin C such as citrus fruits, strawberries, bell peppers, and broccoli to help improve iron absorption.

4. Avoiding foods that can interfere with iron absorption such as coffee, tea, and calcium supplements.

5. Getting plenty of rest and avoiding overexertion.

6. Getting regular exercise to help increase blood flow and oxygen levels.

7. Drinking plenty of fluids, especially water and fluids high in electrolytes, to help prevent dehydration.

It is important for your wife to talk to her doctor about her low haemoglobin levels and get appropriate treatment. She may need to undergo additional tests to determine the underlying cause of her low haemoglobin levels and develop a treatment plan that is best suited for her.
