Talk to Gynecologist on Low Hb And High Wbc

I always have low hb issue that remain between 9-10 only. I am hypothyroidism patient for last 1 year ans taking the table. All liver function tests are normal. I am 20 weeks pregnant now and my hb and hct are low while wbc are high (always have high or low issues in my report for years). Please check my latest cbc report and tell me whats the reason behind it? Is it only due to iron deficiency or i should go for further tests to rule out my problem. Whenever i take sangobean it become good like 11 or so, but then again this condition.
