Talk to Gynecologist on Low Hb During Pregnancy

Alhamdulillah 14th week of pregnancy. My Blood CP report is attached in comments section where my Hb is reported 9.4 . In 8th week hb was 9.1 but am using iron supplements on Gynae advise. Today she suggested to go for Inj Venofer . I am sharing her prescription (comments section) to understand what the writings say. 1). Does it mean in total 6 injections ; twice weekly ? 2). Is it recommended @ this hb level? Just to get second opinion pls . PS. BP 100/60, weight 46 Kg . No medical issue .
