For lowlying placentae Take rest and pray. cervical length is ok. but if u have any riskfactor in ur previous pregnancythen ur doctor will decide further.
Thanks you need to have follow up after 3 months for us to see placenta migration cx length is ok i don’t think you need cx cercelage

-Dear Cervical length is fine but for proper detailed Evaluation u need to have scan with Expertise hands and better to have proper regular Antenatal follow ups, scans and discussion on symmptoms.
