i am married and have two kids via csec. I am feeling severe but bearable pain in lower abdomen along with spotting since last 2 days. it feels like swelling. We had intimacy after that i am having spotting and pain in lower abdomen. kindly suggest me any pain killer or medicine to get over this pain.
