Talk to Gynecologist on Lower Abdomen Pain After 2nd C Section

Hello Dear Doctors, I am suffering from lower belly pain severely, after 2nd c section, and mostly feel periods of cramp type pain. Even touching the surface of the belly is very painful. Visit the doctor made everything fine, the uterus is ok, and the stitches are fine. But I am in great pain. Sometimes both knots of stitches distrub a lot.kindly guide me some useful tips.
