Salam all m so worried kindly help me..pls reply kryega sab.. Its starting of my 4th month of pregnancy nd I was having lower abdominal pain doctr suggest me to use progeffik 200mg vaginally .. I m using it but use krnay k 1hour baad medicine melt ho k behjati hai vaginally Watery discharge hota hai .. pls tell me kya ye sahi hai pls help M mother of 2.5years old baby girl born via csec

- Dear I hope u have been attending Antenatal visits and had scans as well as per schedule should be .
- previous cesearean section with lower abdominal pain need to be monitored and should report pain if observed.
- urine infection also need to be Checked by having Urinalysis and urine culture and vaginal infection by having vaginal swab to be treated if result positive .
- if u are unable to retain medication as vaginal pessary u can request treating obstetrician oral medications like dedrogesterone 10 mgs twice or thrice daily .
- if no infection ( vaginal or urine ) and obaeres pain Report .
- have balanced diet ,weight and try to strictly follow antenatal visits and have scans .

Salam get ur urinalysis done and also get urself checked by ur obstetrician . Pain in lower abdomen may be due to urine or vaginal infection. If u can’t tolerate vaginal pessaries u can take orally
