Talk to Gynecologist on Lower Back & Abdominal Pain

From where I want to start used all type of pain reliving I. E. Nospa Forte & calcium medicines as well as injections, my 3rd baby is recently born in March 2022 and I am feeding breast milk, many times I visit the gynecologists suggest for test of blood & urine and that doctor some antibiotics cefixime 400, 6 tablets dose of one for keeping in night-time some pain reliving tablet but till now the situation is same & increased, from start the pain was not so high now the situation is different feeling pressure even when pick up a glass of water. Please suggest me medicine I shall be very thankful
