Talk to Gynecologist on Lower Right Abdomen Pain

Since 2 days m having dull pain at my lower right abdomen... in place of ovary i think m not sure. Pain sometimes radiate towars lower driht back and righ thigh. M not sure what is this.. what should i do. Plus m a pcos patient so dnt knw whatmy cycle is and wheter or not itis ovulation pain.

Yes it could be ovulation pain but if the pain does not subside in a day or two you should get an ultrasound pelvis to rule out any other causes.
