Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Islamabad
I had UTI one month ago and had 3 rounds of antibiotics (Ciproxin 500mg B.D for 5 days, Nitrofurantoin 100mg B.Dfor 5 days, Cefixime 250mg for 5 days B.D) and after that my urine report came normal showing no infection My ultrasound report came normal I still have symptoms like urgency, frequency and sometimes burning) I’m avoiding all the bladder irritants but i still have symptoms. I’m very worried what should i do. Please help

plz go for urine culture n sensitivity test
Please visit Urogynaecologist for lower urinary tract symptoms. Proper evaluation after history and examination with investigation is required to you.

I have visited her she said everything is normal and i still have symptoms

-first if u had urine culture send its report if not done have it.
-have specific pelvic floor exercises, monitor input and out put avoid caffeine and tobacco at night/evening.
-can have pad test for incontinence.
-Physiotherapist can help u to understand specific Exercises for incontinence.
-if u are over weight try to have Normal Bmi by daily walk, Exercise etc.
-follow with cs urine report and detailed incontinence history.

I don’t have incontinence but i have constant urge which is not going
