Hello! I have been experiencing sharp back pain that started today. While I usually deal with muscle pain, this feels different and more intense. Also I have pain in my left breast and chest area. I have noticed that my left breast is smaller than my right breast. Additionally, there seems to be a lump in the left breast that I can feel when I press on it. It feels firmer compared to the right breast, which is soft and squishy.
