Talk to Gynecologist on Lump On Left Brest

I feel lump in my left Brest near to nipple and it is movable no pain no itching nothing sometime I feel itching inside it . Ultrasound also clear ultrasound shows that there is no lump but I feel it with my hand when I press it actually there were a big lump also but after medication it removed but this tiny size of lump still here I visited soomro Brest surgen but she said there is nothing what should I do ?
