i am pregnenent my dr advice me laprine 75 i dnt ve any bp issue but on the medicine its clearly mention its contrdiction wth pregnency my dr is nt answering can i take or should i avoide

-blood Thining medications are advised in few petient according to their history like high Bmi ,heavy weight ,stroke ,high blood pressure , thrombophillia Screen etc .
- u can have aspirin once daily instead of laprine but kindly send me your detailed history so that I can guide u well..

its my 9th week of pregnency but fetal heart beat wasnt coming but fetal pole is gud and sac is growing hcg was getting down dr said for the full support i m giving u laprine along wth myfol and dufasten in this situation is it better?

dear if beta hcg is reducing and fetal heart beat not present then it's alarming indicating Miscarriage .
- have immediate repeat of beta hcg and if it shows further Reduction then it might show sudden bleed with it with out cramps .
- pay attention to it and do have beta hcg and in case of pain or cramps immediately report to tertiary care Gynae Emergency.

u should ask prescribing doctor this question .
- u can have aspirin low dose .
-if Miscarriage confirms then stop this similarly if bleeding starts then also stop this .
