Talk to Gynecologist on Medicine In Periods Delayed

ma'am she is out of town for few days.
and sorry to say she is more like tailor as she only likes to use scissors and stitching. Unfortunately, no other female doctor available nearby

1: progyluton ( estradiol valerate- Norgestrel) [ 21 days course ]
2 : gynaecosid [ 2 days course]
3 : gynosporin ( clorimazole vaginal cream) for itchiness.
4: AlgiCal ( Calcium + Vitamin D3)
5: Evion (Vitamin E)

Diagnostic ultrasound report;
scan shows normal study of liver, gall bladder, pancreas, and spleen.
urinary bladder normal,
No free fluid and para aortic enlargement seen.
*Multiple gaseous shadows*
scan of pelvic shows normal study of bulky A/V uterus. Pelvic adenxa is clear.

so after 21 days of progyluton now u start menses??

no ma'am only after 6 days I hv started menses.
last time 22nd march ko menses hoye tay. and during this period mujhe typhoid diagnosed howa ta and doctor prescribed heavy doses. I think that made delayed in my periods

Ma'am actually I got married 4 months ago, and after marriage, I observed severe pain in my menstruation, I observed my first 3 periods. After the 3rd period (dated on 22 march), I was diagnosed with typhoid and used medication like ibrofen, etc, "which may resulted in a delay of my next period."...

Before that I thought I might have got pregnant, but after a few tests ( baby test kits) and ultrasound, the pregnancy reports were negative. The doctor gave me some medicines like progyluton and gynaecosid tablets for delayed periods. I eat both medicines at the same time ( which later on I came to know that both medicines shouldn't be used at the same time from one of expert via this platform) cont... ? last read post

Now, coming to my real problem, after eating the 6th tablet of progyluton, I GOT MY PERIODS BACK, SO I AM CONFUSED either I should complete progyluton course and eat remaining tablets or I should stop eating remaining tablets??
