Assalamoalikum, I'm going to Saudi for Umrah on the 1st of March IA. My periods date is 25th/26th of Feb, I want to delay it until I come back to my home-country. I'll be back on the 16th IA. I'm 28 years old, unmarried and my cycle is regular.

tab primulat n 5 mg twice a day start on 18th February continue than through out Ramadan stop on last day of Ramadan.so you complete Ramadan fasting.
if you will stop on 16th of march your menses will come on 18 or 19th of March it will be last ashra of Ramadan.Therefore better to stop on last day of Ramadan.
