Talk to Gynecologist on Menopause Due To Cancer Treatment
Asking for Self, Female, 41 years old, Pakistan
I had breast cancer,and I got treatment for 5 year, now treatment ended, I used to get injected for no periods during treatment, to save my ovaries,now I am totally fine,treatment finished 5 months ago,and doctors said that I will conceive within 3 months,but still have menopause issue, how can I be treated for it,so that I can conciev now,kindly guide me, My oncologist has no contact with me,

from your history it seems as if you had ER + breast cancer . and you were given LHRHa along with some tablets (arimidex etc) for 5 years . you should consult your primary oncologist. he/she may advise you some tests like LH/FSH/Estradiol along with ultrasound pelvis and guide you after seeing those results.
