I am a 19 year old I got married in Uk and arrived here I was anaemic and had low blood level and suffered low bp since arriving in Uk in August 2025 and prior to this I have had slight irregular periods and i am not using contraception and trying to get pregnant but my periods would delay for upto 10 days they have been regular for last 3 months and now I used a ovulation test I am ovulating and when I tried in the ovulation window I have started spotting which was brown pink at 1st I thought it's implantation bleed but it's been fresh blood and I'm due my period 9th which is Thursday but having on off spotting and no full period I am coming Pakistan so I wanted to see a good gyneo and get checked please advice and please advice Accordingly

having irregular cycles and also trying to conceive are two different dimensions with opposing management options. you may book an appointment through MD Health center Raya DHA for an evaluation and a proper counselling session or Marham (the forum you are writing to..)
have you done urine pregnancy test or any test to confirm pregnancy.if no get serum beta HCG done and book a consultation with report
