Menstrual Cycle

Question

I have irregular periods. Sometimes they happen really late and the past couple of months they are occuring twice a month. They last the usual 7 days. They have been this way since the started at 11 years old. I also have acne that's been under control for now. Should i be worried about pcos?

Aoa have periods diary. Some times periods disturb coz of stress like exam. So see one or two months. Have balanced diet and walk. If problem continued then see the doctor. Thanks
