I was diagnosed with PCOS around 3-4 months ago. I have been married for the past 6 months but I am currently not living with my husband. I mostly experience delayed periods and long cycles around 50 days. The issue is that I’m going for Umrah with my husband in 12 days but my period is still delayed. I'm on day 40 of my cycle. Could you please prescribe some medication to induce my period before the trip? Also I would like guidance on trying to conceive. Thank you
