Talk to Gynecologist on Menstrual Cycle

Assalamu Alaikum,

I used to have my periods every 30 days consistently from when they started until December 2024. However, since January 2025, my cycle has changed and now my periods come every 31 or 32 days. Once, my period came after 28 days. My periods are normal when they occur.

I wanted to confirm with you why my cycle has changed. I am currently 19 years old. Kindly reply to me.
