Talk to Gynecologist on Menstrual Cycle- Cervical Mucus/discharge

I have pcos, and had my first baby 7 months back, after delivery my postpartum bleeding happened till 57 days then i got my period and then i kept bleeding ebery few days like it would stop for 3-4 days then start again for a week or 10 days then stop again for 5-6 days then start again, this kept happening till 3 months until my dr gave me primolut-n for another 3 months to fix the cycle, however ever since my delivery I haven’t notice any discharge/ cervical mucus that we always notice after periods which indicates ovulation, before my pregnancy I would always notice that even if some cycles were late as I’ve been taking glucophage since 2018. Last month i had my first natural-normal period which was a 28 day cycle without primolut-n and after periods i did notice tiny amount of mucus for a few days but it wasn’t very less and not exactly like it used to happen before my baby, infact in these 7 months I’m not seeing any or much mucus/discharge which makes me concerned if I’m ovulatin
