if negative then for time being you can take mefenamic acid(if not allergic or doesnot have stomach issue) three times for 5 days
transamine capsule 500 mg three times for t days

get one cbc unrgent to rule out severe anaemia
plenty of fluids , protien and iron rich diet
once get time get full evaluation .
