Talk to Gynecologist on Menstrual Issue

I have an menstrual issue.My cycle normally start on 7th November and end 14th November.After the normally completion there is continuing of spotting on daily basis just a spot daily and sometimes a menstrual cramps.How to stop it? Kindly give your suggestion?

I em unmarried and 4vyears ago doctors diagnosed me PCOS but it's never happened it's happening 1st time doctors prescribe me Primolet N tablet if the delay occured I used this tablet sometimes if my periods delay then after the completion of cycle they prescribe me Diane 35 for next cycle I used primolet N in September then September was normal October was also normal but in November it's happening after the completion of cycle there is menstrual cramps sometimes and daily bases spotting
