- Dear if u have been lathargic,weak all over due to heavy periods better to have complete blood count ,thyroid function test and if married transvaginal and if unmarried per pelvic scan with full bladder.
- have iron supplements and food full of iron like apples and carrot juice .
- have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
- Daily walk and exercise.
- collect labs and discuss here.
- have tab postan and tab transexamic acid 500 mgs for 3 days. To reduce bleeding .
- follow with reports .
