Dear Doctors, I am married for 1 and a half year and couldn’t conceive so far. My menstrual period cycle is perfect and never get delayed for more than for one or two days. Current month its been over for five days now, i am having mild cramps in lower back and lower abs as i used to have in my normal menstrual periods but no sign of periods so far. Should i do pregnancy test now or wait more? I have heard that you don’t feel cramps when you conceive. Please guide.

I think wait for 2-3 days more take tab. Panadol, if still no periods then go for blood test for pregnancy confirmation. serum beta hcg. If pain persist get Urine Detail report done.
You should have your pregnancy test done
Pregnency test is mandatory before any intervention in your case .if its negative then u can wait for 7-10 days .if still not bleed then u can go for withdrawl bleeding .next step will include husband semen analysis for investigation of subfertility .
