Talk to Gynecologist on Menstruation Cycle Is Changing After Delivery

Assalam o Alaikum My son was born on 24th of this April and I had bleeding for almost 40 days and after that I had a break for about a week and after that I had bleeding for 10 days then again I had a break for 5 days and now again I am bleeding. Can anyone help me out and tell me what's going on. Have visited my gynecologist and she gave me antibiotics said I have infection, changed the doctor she gave me more antibiotics with vitamins and calcium and said nothing. Please tell me what's going on. Because I already feel weak, my hands shakes, I feel like I'm about to faint and I see black and yellow spots. I feel dizziness. I can't bear this anymore please help me out with it.

Aap kitne pad change kerty hein?? If they r more the 3 a day then aap ko consult kerna chahiye.. Take plenty of water and Healthy diet.

do ur full bladder pelvic scan to make sure tht u dont hv pregnancy left overs inside...also do ur CP and coagulation profile...to make sure ethg is fine wth ur blood...also do serum bhcg levels at week interval to make sure ur pregnancy hormones r regressing normally...
