Talk to Gynecologist on Menstruation Cycle Issue

AOA Doctors I am married and never conceived in my married life of 2 years.

I had menses on 15 September 2019 than in November I did get the menses for which I went to doctor. I had pregnancy test that was negative and pelvic ultrasound that came out normal. Doctor prescribed me me folic acid and Duphaston from 1st Dec to 20 Dec. But on 16 Dec withdrawal bleeding started so I skipped the next 4 doses. It's my first the with hormonal medicine . after that it's 27 Jan 2020 I haven't got the menses yet but I am feeling breast pain, lower abdominal and lower back pain on and off just like PMS. so I need to know is that Duphaston messed up my cycle? or I have an issue with me? kindly help
